By accessing and using Vesiacare's telemedicine platform and services (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our telemedicine platform operated by Vesiacare ("us", "we", or "our"). Our Service connects international patients with qualified Spanish healthcare professionals through secure digital consultations.
2. Description of Services
Vesiacare provides telemedicine services that include:
- Virtual medical consultations with licensed Spanish healthcare professionals
- Urgent care services for non-emergency medical situations
- Specialist consultations in various medical fields
- Travel health services and medical certifications
- Second medical opinion services
- Health screenings and preventive care consultations
Our services are designed to complement, not replace, traditional in-person medical care. They are intended for consultation, evaluation, and non-emergency medical advice.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Have access to reliable internet connection and appropriate technology
- Be located in a jurisdiction where telemedicine services are legally permitted
Services for minors require parental or guardian consent and supervision during consultations.
4. Registration and Account
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate personal and medical information
- Update your information promptly when changes occur
- Maintain the security of your login credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
5. Medical Services
5.1 Healthcare Professional Licensing
All healthcare professionals on our platform are licensed to practice medicine in Spain and are subject to Spanish medical regulations and professional standards.
5.2 Service Limitations
Our telemedicine services are not appropriate for:
- Medical emergencies requiring immediate in-person attention
- Conditions requiring physical examination or diagnostic procedures
- Prescription of controlled substances (subject to local regulations)
- Mental health crises requiring immediate intervention
5.3 Medical Records
We maintain electronic medical records of your consultations in compliance with applicable healthcare regulations. You have the right to access and request copies of your medical records.
6. Patient Responsibilities
As a patient using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete medical history and current symptoms
- Follow medical advice and treatment plans as prescribed
- Seek emergency care when advised or when experiencing medical emergencies
- Inform healthcare providers of all medications and treatments you are receiving
- Respect the professional boundaries of healthcare providers
- Pay for services as agreed upon
- Cancel or reschedule appointments according to our policy
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal health information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable privacy laws.

8. Payment Terms
Payment for services is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
8.1 Pricing
Service prices are clearly displayed on our platform and include consultation fees and medical reports. Additional services may incur separate charges.
8.2 Refunds and Cancellations
- Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: Full refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours: Subject to cancellation fee
- No-shows: No refund unless due to technical issues on our end
- Technical issues preventing service delivery: Full refund
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vesiacare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.
We do not guarantee specific medical outcomes and are not responsible for healthcare decisions made by licensed professionals using our platform.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account by contacting our support team. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in inappropriate conduct.
Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, but we will retain your medical records as required by applicable regulations.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Medical services are provided in accordance with Spanish healthcare regulations.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

Changes to These Terms

Severability
